    Hi guys,

I am hoping to invest in this Luftwaffe Ehrenpokal by Johann Wagner & Sohn. Although I am not that familiar with these, I believe that it is a good example from looking at others, but I would like to receive a few more opinions before making an expensive investment.

It was awarded to Feberweld Walter Herbold (who was later promoted to Oberfeldwebel). I have not been able to find much about him on the internet that is different from what is on the information sheet. I am also unable to find his name listed on any online Ehrenpokal lists (only that he was awarded the German Cross in gold), but to my understanding, these lists are not complete? Would anybody know of where to find official lists perhaps or have access to his name?

I would really appreciate your thoughts on this piece

    Thanks everyone!
