Original wall decoration eagle?

Hello, good afternoon. I've come across this German eagle that seems to be for sale at a good price, it's only 50 euros. I've seen other models before, but I've never seen one painted. I think it was meant to hang on the wall in government buildings. What do you think? Thank you very much, I await your responses.

Thank you for your fast response Gwar. I've seen on some auction websites that it was for the wall, but it could also be for the desk. So, is it fake? The image you provided seems to be of much better quality, but it could be due to the paint covering the details.
