Polizei Plate (messkit) Fake or????

Hallo friends!
Please give your opinion about this plate.
* plate marked with serial nr.124*** 43 (year) & etc
* produced in Latvia Rigas ker.fabriga - Riga's ceramic manufacture.

Im only sure that only plate without dekal is real ww2 piece.

What about polize dekal? fake? its under the glazing (enamel)?
ex-manufacture specialists sayd that could be made by simple stamp; manualy stamped each plate.
According to eagle- they dont have opinion.

Any ideas abaout dekal.

I do not believe this is a period piece. The adler lacks detail that I would expect to find on a period piece.
