A 'please' and a 'Thank you", is always nice to add to any request for forum member's assistance.
Never seen one before, but it looks crisp and sharp. So it is well struck which is probably a good sign. Hopefully someone has seen one before. Not a common item for sure.

I have very limited knowledge with these, but your example has a ‘stepped’ edge, which apparently reproductions do not have. What I can say is that it isn’t a medal, but a commemorative coin for the 14th Panzer Divisions Motorcycle Reconnaissance Battalion.
