Silver NSDAP platter / plate

Another piece added to the collection. A silver (plated) NSDAP platter / plate that measures 11.5" across. Wellner maker marked with 39. Also has a number stamped in it. Not sure if this is an inventory control number? If anybody can shed some light on that please let me know. Thank you. I actually did polish this piece as it had a very dark patina. I don't usually polish any silver (plated) pieces I collect as I really do like a good patina, but this one shows a lot better after cleaning up. Not sure if this would be considered a platter, or serving plate due to it almost being 12 inches across. Still a nice piece.
