Spot on. Still, do allow me to add the full translation:
"The famous Junkers-Sturzkampfbomber [= dive bombers] (Stuka) during the attack on the bunkers of the Maginot Line. On the suggestion of General von Manstein, the strategic conception of the French Campaign was based on the famous "Sichelschnitt" [= sickle cut]; the main push was directed via Sedan against the mouth of the Somme, by which the opponents were separated. At Dunkirk, it was managed to encircle the British forces. Yet they were not beaten. They were able to escape to the island."
