Swastika ornament

Would anyone know purpose of this ornament. It is 6,5" long.

Hello and merry Christmas!

Could you show a photo of the bottom please, because it’s hard to tell if those metal bits are feet, or loops to hang something from. If we can tell if it’s designed to be on a flat surface or ‘wall’ mounted could give us a clue to its purpose.

Looks like part of a banner, the base below the oak wreathed Swastika appears to be rounded metal. The loops below I think are just a means of fastening the bit of wood to the part and are later additions.

Maybe it is a part of schellenbaum?
