Swastika Paperweight

Hello, I have a Swastika paperweight and was wondering if anybody could tell me anything about it.

It has a sticker on the bottom that says "From German home 1944"

I tried to google search "Swastika Paperweight" but nothing like this came up.

I do not see any markings on it of any kind.

I would just like to know if I actually have something from Nazi Germany.

Looks more like a flag pole top. What is under the label? NH

I haven't removed the label. But feeling it with my fingers, it feels pretty flat. Also, its not very heavy. Wouldn't hold much as a paperweight.

The swastika looks like it has been milled out of a chunk of aluminium and then been attached to a base turned out of similar material. To me, it looks like a home-made, one-off piece. I'm doubtful of the label on the base - it looks modern to me. However, no way of knowing one way or the other.

Very hard to say if original and period or not? As stated, it is not an issue factory produced item.
