First auction of the year

Article about: Went to a local auction tonight and picked up WWII British uniform, some great WWI and WWII US paper work for the same soldier,a german fieldphone and a span am backpack . Gary.

    Awesome pick up Gary!!!!! Now that is a true treasure. Is the snuff box the liberty came in also gold?
    I thought the liberty was 1904 . I see it's from 1903. I checked that out and that was minted in Philly. WOW!!!!

    Those pipes are pieces of art also.

    That whole grouping is just fantastic.

    What maker/country is that flare pistol from?

    CONGRAT$$$$$ on that pick up!

    The flare gun is US and dated 1942 . The 1903 has a S stamp so not Philly. I love old pipes never smoked but I love the craftsmanship . one of my best days ever . Phil thank you for looking . Gary

    Hi MAP I actually got the pipes and coins at a garage sale and I did very very good on them . the flare gun and goggles I got them for $40 at auction . Gary
