Article about: My son brought me these two arm badges from the car boot sale,can any one id the badge,picture is of front and rear. I am not sure if they have any age or not. Thanks z4

    HI, it is US navy,Petty Officer first class,I don`t recognize the symbol on it,must be post WW2,looks like an ordnance symbol.

    zwerge, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

    I have found this info.
    Nuclear Weaponsman petty officer First Class. This USN specialty was in use for only a short period from 1957-1961.
