I picked this up a few years back. The gentleman had died and the family was cleaning out his house. The only info they had was that this was Uncle Forrest's war stuff.

Hi RH , what a great find , i imagine you had a real bargain a nice assortment there . I`d love to come across something like that at a garage sale !
cheers Al
Hi Al its always a good day when you find a hidden treasure. Its out there if you put the time and energy into it you will find it. Gary
Sure makes collecting fun when you find 100% original items to add to a collection or trade for things you want! Congratulations!
Hi Mike thanks I agree. Gary
The POA patch must be the rarest of the whole bunch! God knows how much that is worth! These were the Russian volunteers in the Wehrmacht under Vlassov.
Ashley
Ashley I like that POA patch very much if you look close at it you can see that it has a stain on it. Who ever wore it didnt have very good luck. I have read that the Russian's did not welcome them home with open arms. Gary
gary these were a great find and nice to have some us pieces aswell, love the hj badge!!
regards ewan
