Yes it is. Some broken and missing parts but I think its cool as hell

Ha! I had an M8 armored car for my gi joes and it got shot up with a .22 and fireworks after I broke a wheel off!! Tons of fun!

Now...my own models......that was fair game. My Dad aways wondered where all the turpentine went to. LoL! Trenches filled with it! Snowflakes and helicopter parents would be aghast at this these days!
