Tam O Shanter Vintage Shop Find
I am wondering what age it is though. I don't think it is WW2 as the material is smoother than I would expect for something made in the 1940s, however the liner makes me think that there is some age to it. I know these are hard to date, but any thoughts would be most welcome. Thanks.
