Re: WW2 British 2 Man Commando Kayak
Hi Danny, I know a fair bit about these, as I happen to own a Mark 9
But I will need to see photos of the actual boat in question.
There is a new definative book on the subject, called "Cockleshell Canoes" out now.
Cheers, Ade.

Re: WW2 British 2 Man Commando Kayak
I will show the canoe later this year once it is finished.
One of two know survivors of this Mk.
Hi Danny, if this is a real wartime canoe it is well worth buying.
Cheers, Ade.

Re: WW2 British 2 Man Commando Kayak
Thanks Ade, I'll try to get some photos soon, but my camera has broken
which delays things a bit, I'm probably going to give it a try at least because it seems a waste letting it rot away.

Re: WW2 British 2 Man Commando Kayak
hi Danny, please get them. I will give you all the info I can then. This is quite an involved subject with many different types of canoes. None are exactly common to find today.
Cheers, Ade.
