Austro-Hungarian conscription document [WW1]

Hi,

I have a conscription document and need help deciphering some abbreviations:

On the first page (with a photo), there's a fragment marked in red: "B.k.B." The full passage in German is: "in wege B.k.B als Waffen- und hilfsunfähig befunden, dauernd beurlaubt," which I translate to: "Due to B.k.B. found to be unfit for arms and assistance, permanently on leave." What does "B.k.B." stand for?

On the second page, there are four abbreviations (all marked in red) in the following sections:

Land: "N6"?
Heimatberechtingung: "G.O."?
Anmerkungen: "S. u. M. N."?
Anmerkungen: "O. Musterung"?
Am I reading them correctly? What do the abbreviations stand for?
