Cap Badge RF

Hi this is my finding of today. Unfortunately, I do not know what it is they attach photo with classic cap badge FJI. This what I found (letters RF) is also performing the same size as the cap badges FJI, K and IFJ, but this I nor my friends know, I'll be glad for any info. thanks
