Coming very late to this and not to be a killjoy . . .

H. Donald Hudson does not appear in the "USAF Historical Study No. 85 - USAF Credits for the Destruction of Enemy Aircraft World War II" which not only incudes the Pacific Theater, but has all theaters. He would have appeared on page 101 of the alphabetical list; see https://apps.dtic.mil/sti/pdfs/ADA542272.pdf.

Double checking in case the USAF left someone out, Frank Olynyk's "USAAF (Pacific Theater) Credits for the Destruction of Enemy Aircraft in Air-to-Air Combat World War 2" which is drawn from the actual squadron or group reports, duplicating the work of Study No. 85, but not copying from it) and lists everybody by name, or by unit, or by date, likewise has no entry for an H. Donald Hudson. Frank Olynyk was the official historian for the American Fighter Aces Association.
