    Arrow Remembrance profiles research

By way of introduction, I serve as the Family Remembrance Assistance and WW1 Veterans Profile Assistance Advisor for Air Force: Together We Served, one of 5 branch-dedicated TWS sites restricted to military veterans and their immediate family.

Our most important purpose is non-commercial preservation and study of American military aviators and USAF aviation history from WW1-Present.

In that effort several members work daily producing Remembrance profiles which go into great detail about the particulars of an airman's life. Here is an example:

United States Air Force - Together We Served

War Relics Forum members who are or were airmen are invited to register, and to participate in that research effort. Members who served in the other branches may also register accordingly.

I have registered here so as to learn whatever is possible in support of sustaining accurate and complete Air Force history as evidenced by its participants and artifacts.

My great aunt lived in the Ozarks, beaver lake i think it was called?

She was a GI bride, married a guy called Frank.

    A little off topic.

    Thank you for the welcomes.

One thing I appreciate about WRF is that it is possible here to discuss matters wherein military history overlaps internationally.

    Thank you...

Our connection with the RAF is deep, wide and forever.

It was your and Canadian pilots who came to America to help found our very first military aviation training squadrons and bases.
