    Hello from France

At least I've found some USAAF gear for a bomber crew. I want to figure a bomber crew at the end of the war (pacific theater, why not?) I already have a AN-H-15 helmet and a Mk 5 Steel helmet. I've found a A-14 oxygen mask and a flying goggle (not realy B-8, but USN - Rochester optical, in fact).
The oxygen mask was made in may 1945.
    Some picture:

That is a very nice display for the Bomber crew head gear. I have a similar set up, except I do not have a flak helmet for it. I'm trying to find a nice M3 for my display.

The M3 I'll want to get needs to still have the Fuzz/flocking on it and they are not abundant here either Guy's. Just a lot of rust buckets. I guess I just need to keep looking for the grail that won't cost me an arm and a leg. But like Real Steel always mention's
    Nice cost Money!!!!'
I did my set up to Honor my Uncle Joe, tail gunner and the Left waist gunner Phil Chaperon of the 8th AF, 384th Bomb Group, 545th Bomb Squadron's B17 the "Mrs Geezil". It was shot down on April 13th 1944 on a mission to Schweinfurt. Phil is still with us and I speak to him very often. I wanted the set up they wore that day. Phil told me the cloth helmet with the big black ears. We had throat mic's.
    Here is mine!

    Very nice gear (both!)

Can you show me one detail with a picture: how fit the strap with the goggle? As you can see on my first pic, it's no good. And I'm not sure how it must be.
    Thank you by advance!
