The 1st four members indicated the registry district,
the 5th-6th digits indicated the last two years of the year of birth,
and the
last 4 digits indicated the serial number of the registry serial number.

There is no more online datas. Look for Rudi. Member of all hungarian military platforms.

Each link there leads to the scanned pages from all decree that connect with the topic (like additional numbers after the expansion of the state)
First about the basic system of the bumbers, second the additions from Slowakia, third is a modification document of the basic system, fourth after the occupation of Northern Transsylvania, and the last is after the occupation of Northern Yugoslavia.
