Hungarian officer ?

I was about to put this in the donation box. Is this hungarian ? I googled a name that was on this and it came out to be butcher and it was a hungarian name..any idea ?

The stamp is hungarian.
..edelmi Rt. ( Kereskedelmi Rt.) = trading share company
...N és tsa. (..N és társa) = ..N and Co.
I have no idea what kind of strap.
Do you have a photo for full strap?
Butcher? - Mészáros?

Yes the picture that's the only way I can figure out this was Hungarian of some sort
