slovakian flag

I would appreciate some help with this flag.I have been told it could be slovakian?.It has some sort of makers tag on it.
Any opinions or help will be much appreciated.

It certainly looks like a signalling flag. Certainly a bit of age to it though.

thanks to you both for your comments.I would agree it does have age to it,It came with the flag i have listed in the italian section this also has a makers tag.
