1941 dated fuse timer, not sure which no. timer. Please notice the four small holes on the tip of the fuse.

1941 dated fuse timer, not sure which no. timer. Please notice the four small holes on the tip of the fuse.
Essex regiment helmet centre, 2 turret version - pre 1896.
The markings round the fuse are; 'AE 4 42 22 700 MKII BA 1941 92'
on the next band '22'
next band '22'
next band has the timming ring up to 30 and a small red triangle with 'safe' marked below it.

Those fuses are in great condition i only ever seem to find bits of them. Nice Essex Badge. Any other findings?

Found loads of musket balls, 303's, .50 cals. Some bronze age pot fragments, one of which is about 4in long. The land owner was very happy to see the bit of bronze age pot as it helped date human settlement on their land
