    Found this "chain" by a German barracks yesterday.

    What is it, and was is it for?
    My first thought was that this was a dagger chain..

    Some nice finds there

    There should be a makers mark on the rear of the pebble button. Give it a clean and it should appear If you're lucky, there may also be a date
