    Inka, try on metal parts electrolysis, it is great method for parts which are not painted, oxalic is good only for painted steel.

    So Winter is moving closer..it was below zero this night,,and snow on the mountain tops Better hurry and dig Back at the stables dig today,checked the rest of the pit before I filled it up..

    Decided to move around in the area and it is signals all over the Place,maybe I should invite you all to come shovel it up ;D

    It looks promising inka. Maybe the "strange thing" is a horse grooming device/brush of some kind? Adjustable strap between the two hinges for a hand? I also at times dream of a tractor/mini digger. Just to get rid of the top soil

    We also find field kitchens and i hate them. They always makes very promising signals and then you dig up the big iron rings, lids, hatches and so on LOL

    Last year we "invented" a shoveling method for 2 guys. 1 steering the shovel and 1 pulling a rope attached to the shovel. It works pretty good.

    Lars,I`d like to see a video of this digging Method!
    Kiwi-just escaping the Winter like that,,its unheard of;p
    It was frost all over the ground this morning and even now when the sun is up its still only +3 degree celsius,horrible I might make a little expedition today,but not sure yet,feel a bit lazy today,,maybe it is relic cleaning day,,will know after some coffee
