Merry Xmas to you all. Here in Northern Norway is the perfect xmas weather this year, perfect for geeking around the workbench


Here is fresh from the electrolysis, a german 7.5 cm casing found on the battlefields of Latvia, and the head was found in a burnt out german ammo depot in Northern Norway.

..and I made a lamp using a battledamaged German m43 lid :

Here is a lamp I made today, a POMZ-2 mounted to a wooden plinth on which I made a 1:1 scale sectionb of forest floor

Nice Inka. Like the smashed helmet light. I've been looking for a really cheap relic lid to use on a Vet Art Lamp I picked up a few months back.

Here is a fragment of a german lid, found in Stalingrad, fixed to a nice frame, looks really nice on the wall

Here is a new small display I ve made. Three k98 stripper clips,the middle one a bit unusual,made from aluminium and marked "AP-1-39-D". All three found in Kurland
