Yesterday we took a long shift in the dumping ditch, we were hoping for lots of lids, but this time we got no such deals, only a lot of other stuff

Summery days here North makes for not so much digging as I could wish for, but truly summery days are rare here north so I ll rather spend them relaxing and enjoying than fighting off hordes of bugs, sweating over some pit in the heated forest,,but, there has been a few trips made when the temps werent the highest

Today I will share one of the Girlfriends expeditions 🙂 She made a trek up a mountain, to a place called "Bunker Hill" that was part of the Wehrmachts "Lyngen Line", which was built to stop the expected Red Army advance into Northern Norway. Lots of nice pics in this one 🙂

Beautiful photos from your girl Inka. It's difficult to imagine the hardship of combat here in the winter against the tranquility of these images.

This week a collapsed tree let me complete a dumping pit I had to give up finishing a few years ago when the tree and its roots blocked further digging. Now the job is done
