    Fantastic finds these last few days.

    Love the ashtray. After a cleaning would be perfect for my evening cigar and whiskey!!!! LoL
    "Please", Thank You" and proper manners appreciated

    My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

    @Map, Yes, a lovely ahtray
    @blackcat , All norwegians look the same Na, I know he was up north digging with some of the guys, but havent seen him around here.

    This week I dug up a still sealed box, that was very exciting, and the pit held a few other interesting bits as well. Fresh snow has been observed on mountaintops several mornings now, even if the temperatures in the valleys below have been +20 Celsius, quite bizarre

    A real treasure trove of finds Inka, do you think the sealed medical kit belonged to a veterinarian?

    @Blackcat: No, I would guess for a regular doctor as it was found in a field hospital.

    Another week done, with some very good finds again. Most interesting find for me this week was a Norwegian uniform button, produced in Montreal, Canada

    A few kilos of soil was shifted during this weeks digging trips. I guess the best find was a M42 lid, if one is not counting the neature experiences

    The first report from this weeks expeditions. Most of my spots are taken by hunters these days but in a small yellow and red forest I found an Austrian Ullr badge, and a great looking german helmet!

    Wow, love the Ullr badge and the helmet - that looks as though it was lost yesterday! Your little forest is definitely worth another visit or three.
