Hey inka.... I just finished viewing your whole post... And i want to comment that WOOOOOOOOOOOOOW mate!!!!!
First things first... You are living the dream for sure!
After that i have to mention that you are very lucky to be living near such places with little human involvement after the war since i live on Crete and everything is messed up here in a post-war way!
You might see plenty of helmets being hung on walls as decorations, bombs being made into plant vases, rifles as farm metal poles etc. Almost everything is nearly ruined! Yet i get lucky sometimes and find some well preserved goods!
Nevertheless i hope you come across a Ju87 or a Me109 downed somewhere there soon! I'm sure there is one just waiting for you to find and amaze us all!
Keep it up mate and thanks for the information on your website regarding the oxalic acid!!!
Downed German planes are all over the place here in Norway, they are classed as war graves though, so... off limits.
Thanks a lot LizardKing
There is plenty of wrecks here yes, 3 or 5 around my valley I think. Will make a trip up to one or two of them this summer for taking pics and such. There is no bodies in those wrecks though![]()
