Hawker Hurricane Canopy Relic

Just thought I would post a few photos of a rellic canopy I recently rediscovered in the loft.

The canopy came from a MK2 which came down in Kent.

Not sure what to do with this yet,Leave it the way it is or try some sort of re-assembly to display it.

I think I'd have to try some sort of re-assembly. Its not obvious what it is, without an explanation it looks like old metal strips, reassembled it would answer a few questions itself.
