ID makers marking on aircraft alu sheet

Are there any numbers stamped or stencilled onto the part?

I only have two markings.

first marks: stencil decimal "0.7" on the left of the eagle
second marks: engraving circular GWF121"

It doesn't look like any U.S. aircraft manufacturer's logo that I am familiar with. However there were many firms that subcontracted.

The "S" on the bottom (and the line corners for that matter,) dosen't look "Factory". It looks hand painted, maybe a quick hand made stencil.

That Sir, is a German Dialuminium manufacturer's mark
