Japanese Type 90 found helmet

Hi guys,

We see lots of battle damaged German helmets, so I thought perhaps a battle damaged Japanese Type 90 might be nice to see for a bit of a change.

This one was from the Solomons, and I doubt the fellow wearing it is with us anymore!

Rest his soul.. even if much battle damage on helmets occured after the owner actually fell.. while the helmet was lying on the ground were the battle raged on and on...

Nice battle damaged Type 90 Tetsu bo Grant, you would hope the poor soldier who wore this didn't have his head in it when it received this damage.

Its good to see that more and more Imperial Japanese relics are turning up on the forums.

That lid spells HEADACHE! Man - I wouldn't want to have been at the receiving end of that hit! Nice salty lid.....is it a ground dug piece?
