    Well these went up into the loft about 30 yrs ago and haven’t been out since . To be honest I totally forgot about them . All were recovered in Normandy in the late 1980s.
    I thought it nice to post a picture of them all together before I let them go As they will all be looking for a new owner here in England .     1911 not 1911-A1 seems mixed parts? 1911 grips but 1911-A1 frame

    You should really send the pistol back to the US Govt. as it's their property...…………..

    What would the US Govt. do with it? My guess would be destroy, so its better in collectors hands i think.
