Russian 30mm 2A42 Cannon Data Plate-TRANSLATION NEEDED!!

This data plate was removed from the 30mm 2A42 cannon of an Iraqi BMP2 found abandoned near Basra at the end of the 1991 Gulf War. The text is all in Russian-can anyone tell me what the text says? I would be gratefull for any help with this from any of the members. Thanks and best regards, Tim.

Thanks as i guess its some form of instruction/troubleshooting etc. Only pieces i make out are the "2A42" and "M3"-2A42 referring to the weapon type but not sure about M3. Regards, Tim.
