Question American Winchester-Lee M1895 US Navy bayonet original or fake?

    Hi!
Today I was seen stranger bayonet American Winchester, Model 1895 Lee Navy.
The seller listed it as Winchester-Lee 1895 US Navy bayonet.
    But I have my doubts:
    - it's has cross guard untypical form for this bayonet.
The Original bayonets, what I seen previously has a muzzle ring far forward from blade.
    - it's ricasso noticeably shorter then on similar original.
    - I seen previously "REMINGTON ARMS Co. ILION.N.Y." mark on someone blades.
But I never seen "REMINGTON ARMS Co. ILION.N.Y.U.S.A" on bayonets this type.

Pleasure, Tell me, is it original or fake?

I found only one web link on Winchester Model 1895 Lee Navy bayonet with similar scabbard:

Remington nr.5 Rolling block bayonet, most real exported to various countries, the hook were here removed, is not Lee navy piece. The scabbard is certainly US type, is possible it was used on export too.
