It could be origin made from Vitalli Vetterli M1870 rest of blade post shortage to 1916 model.

I personally would look at the rivets on haenger as they look new, same is the question about the wood used here, looks untypical. Should be compared with other pieces, i believe there was done restoration. Note the lower joining part was rusted the upper rivets looks like new one.
