Combloc shroud cutter-knife

Anybody of you has further informations regarding this Combloc, (here: bulgarian), cord-cutter knife ?

not familiar with this particular knife but it looks very similar to the type found in kits issued for life rafts......sharp edge but no nasty point to puncture a dinghy......I beleive a similar type was standard issue for RAF and US Air Force (USAAF)
