Chavasse is a known producer, unfortunally dont remember is english or other country Belgium?, it was on other sabre bayonet stamped, anyway the proof stamps should be with crown when real for english use.it could be english inspired but used in other country, the voluntary would be wout marking, WF on pommel could be end mounting firm.
There are no marks of belonging to English weapons. Bayonet length 722 mm - non-standard? Maybe for sale in the United States?

The British maker Horace Chavasse of Alma street, Aston near Birmingham-England ( 1860-1868) is known for exportation of M 1858 sword bayonets to the Confederation during The US civil war!
Quite a scarce maker, hard to find!

Ah, I didn't think it was an English but I'm not an expert on manufacturers so every day's a school day!
Updated dimensions: total bayonet length-718 mm, blade Length-582 mm, ring diameter-21.2 mm, blade Width-32.5 mm, blade thickness-10.6 mm, scabbard length-60.7 mm.
