    Looks like a Model 1908 Mauser bayonet. Fits the Brazilian Model 1908 Mauser rifles in 7mm. Made in Germany by the Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co of Solingen.

    How compatible is this bayonet? could i just slap it on any ole mauser or just the brazillian kind?

    It should fit contemporary export Mausers-that is not German military types as these didn't use muzzle rings on their bayos but many of the rifles they made for South America etc in the early 1900s with a short 'H' mounting.
