I would buy one for sure if price is right .
Hey Guys.............I have come into the possesion of an identical bayonet 'Ross Rifle Quebec 1907' {mk 11}. the bit which attaches to the rifle muzzle is broken but the rest is ok ..............I have oiled the metal parts. I really want this piece of history in its proper home. I cannot achieve this.
So if its worth anything to ya'll, pm me or we could do a 'swap' deal ?.
how do I send the pics ?
Cheers bajatractor
the pics are kind of dark, but it looks like they did a decent job of making it pointy. I've been trying to find an un modified one, but they seem to have dried up.
Can't make out any markings on mine, but it has also been modified as a Trench knife - the catch has also been removed and it has been weighted with braze - I know this has seriously de-valued it, but it's part of its history.
Yep I suppose but best to keep straight...............man your knife koos real shaved down from the original. Good job !
I mean looks right ..........and ya right nickw, it is part of 'its' history. I have a mate in UK , maybe he may like the bayonet, he is well into his military stuff.
Hello Guys ,I too have a mk2 ross bayonet there realy cool bayonets,Regards Paul
