Thank you

This is a German made bayonet for export.
Possibly for use on the Turkish Mauser rifle,
or some other European country..........

Steve.
It's real, being an export Model of 1895 to Chile. But the frog looks like it's Yugoslavian, and sometimes the bayonets were numbered to the rifles. FP
Thanks all on you comments
FP, frog has the same number as on the bayonet?
Not really, what I was referring to were rifles and bayonets with the same serial number shipped from the factory together. With, depending on the customer, maker, model, and the contract sometimes the bayonets and scabbards having the same number. If the Yugoslavian bayonet frog has the same number, it just means to me that somebody is trying to create a fake "extra added value item" presumably to try and sell for more money. Regards, FP
