Armed Infantry or Mountain troops

I ran across this item. Not an expert but somehow i think this is not real.... Cannot tell why, more a feeling and
I find the eagle a bit strange looking....and the swastika is not really looking straight.... what you think ? . I have a good feeling about or ....
I was searching reference material but did not find it

The green color could be or armed infantery or mountain troops... i think the first one....

update again in my search. It looks that indeed this firm was real. found them in a list of makers in 1941 in Berlin which does not mean that the cap is real.... that mistery stays

I found in this thread of @stonemint the following picture



which starts te give me the idea that the cap is not ok..... since there is no visable size / date written under the name and adress.....

I am no specialist for these so I had hoped somebody more knowledgeable would comment.
What strikes me is the lining - it is far too big for this cap, even overlaps in places and shows an extra line of stich-holes at the front. If you compare it to stonemint's cap you can see how tight it should fit.

So that i understand, you mean like i added the lines in red ? For me it looks dat part of the stitching got loose en the cloth "unfolded" as i think you can see where the green line is

About my doubt for the "ugly" eagle , i found on the web similar eagles.

Seller told me the eagle is hand-embroidered on a dark underground ( cloth ) which fits with those i have found on the web from the early models

These empty holes shouldn't be there, neither the folds and wrinkles in the lining.
