Original.

These were made in France as the guys have already said. They did a subtle act of sabotage to the production and made a lot of caps in very small sizes. However, the Germans caught on and sent them back, hence the extra bit of cloth let into the cap to make it bigger.

So the 55 is the original size and the 60 is the size after the addition?
