Heer Cavalry Officer's Cap

Hello forum members. Wondering if this cap looks to be authentic or a fake. It is listed as a Heer Cavalry Officer's Cap and is apparently made by "Kurt Seilor". Appears not to have an SS skull but rather one used by the old cavalry units and "Death's Head" Hussars. Not being an expert, any help and opinions would be very appreciated.
