The cap is a period piece, manufacturer is Peküro, Flappe is the distributor. Unusual bill (black underneath) and chinstrap.
Thanks ErWeSa.
unusual but have you ever seen them on a luftwaffe cap?
Yes, this even seems to have been the norm, as Wim Saris, THE specialist for all regulations writes here (post # 7):
Luftwaffe visor cap
Thank you very much again ErWeSa.
I like to learn again and again about my future caps.
According to it is the norm to have a black underneath between November '35 and Avril '37 and according to second pattern national eagle was introduced in late 1936 or early 1937... Maybe a late 1936 early 1937 visor cap isn't it?
And about the chinstrap? Have you ever seen one of this model?
Thanks a lot
And Others comments are welcome too
Il pourrait s'agir d'une jugulaire pour une caspuette de la croix rouge, en voici un example:
in English: Could be a chin strap for a red cross cap, see here:

Je viens de vérifier dans le livre sur les casquettes allemandes de Wim: évidemment les casquettes ont été munies de tous genres de jugulaires quand les jugulaires correctes n'étaient pas disponibles.
In English: Just checked Wim's headgear book: obviously all types of chinstraps were used when the regulation ones weren't available.
Hi ErWeSa,
yes it looks similar. Mine not an SS rather a red cross chinstrap, there is no the middle buckle on mine.
I also have the impression that his colleague on his left doesn't have an usual jugular? I don't see the small buckle on the side of the chinstrap only the largest one.
Thanks .
At the end of the war one didn't care too much about regulations/couldn't care about them for lack of material - almost everything was possible, not only non-regulation chinstraps.
