Look at the concentration of short scratch marks on the dome paint, it just doesn't look natural or random.

Apologies! It was saying thanks so much for taking the time to look at the pictures and also feedback.
Was there anything in particular that stood out as a reproduction for both learning, and seller feedback?
The shape of the shell is wrong, the markings stamped into the shell are wrong, the liner seam stitching is wrong, the paint is wrong, and the decal is fake. It is hard to explain exactly what to look for on all these things but if you look closely at an original you can see the differences. There are lots of originals pictured nicely in threads here and in other forums and books. After a while it becomes easier to spot the benchmarks to look for.
