Post war cap !
Hi Vasmadar, welcome to the forum!
This is indeed a post war cap. Note the air vents, full sweatband and plastic sweat shield and makers mark.
Cheers, Ade.
Welcome to the forum Vasmadar. This collecting can be alot of fun, and addictive, but a tricky trade indeed, sometimes. This is a great place to get knowlegable opinions on authenticity before you buy in the future. Just throw a picture on and let your fellow collectors help you out.

I totally agree with the full conclusion on this cap, however would i be correct in saying that a full sweatband can be seen on some original M43's, although in brown as oposed to the grey shown?
Thank you for your help guys.
If you don,t mind i have few more questions about it.
When did this cap produced?
What is it worth?
Why is it so similar with war era panzer caps?
It was made to decieve and was produced sometime in the last 20 years or so.
Value would be low, under $50.
Cheers, Ade.
