Original or fahe German Navy visor hat ? Kriegsmarine schirmmutze

Hi guys
I have too many different opinions on this one.
Seller (friend) claimed it's genuine wartime piece.
I have wondered about hat's eagle (head) and later got opinions it's FAKE .
So i thought it's original wartime hat with replaced adler , what wouldn't be that uncommon .
Now i also got few opinions that entire hat might be dodgy.
So i wonder if that might be postwar hat with added fake insignias ?
Any help will be appreciated .

Also i've compared sweat diamond to Heeres schirmmutze and it does look the same to me , i'd say it's rather cellophane or celluloid (don't realy know difference between these two ) than plastic sweat diamond . but not 100% sure as some worn thin very old plastic might look the same. i'm not experienced with that .

yep, that was first what came to my mind although i'm anything but expert :-)

Yes, it is either a treated white gauze/celluloid/treated cardboard.
