Original kriegsmarine caps?

Not a textbook KM issue cap. Issue caps have black linings and removable tops. Is this one removable ?

Possibly original to the period, but if so, private purchase. Also quite possibly very early Bundesmarine. Impossible to say without shots of the band stiffener (pasteboard or celluloid ?) .

I wouldn't risk it without more images and more info. Genuine "one-look" textbook original issue pieces are not that hard to find.
