I have very small knowledge on Reichsbahn and in general Visors, so this is just a guess, but the item you posted looks similar to one that i answerd to today:

The one above is (probably) a DDR Reichsbahn piece, i have no idea if yours is too, but it may be a start to the research.

adravor- I didn't plan to, but when I have the foundation stone, I'll try to keep collecting. Although TR cold weapons are a priority for me, but lately I have liked hats and uniforms. I like those hats because MR. Stonemint has amazing threads that take my breath away.
It is a nice early DDR cap - has still 3 rings of piping, a Vulkanfiber-peak/visor and there is still the private maker mark inside - before it became a "VEB".
